Distance Covered:

Went out a bit before 5pm with 7m and had a nice half hour but a bit overpowered. Then wind picked up and went onto 5.2m with 94l board, then changed down to 87l which was easier to sail. Some bits of the sea were quite choppy and other bits very nice rollers. Flattened sail right off but still a bit overpowered - should really have changed to 4.7m but just could not believe wind would stay up so long and climb so fast. Very nice rides in and out, and nice gybes on the outside but close waves on the inside meant long bounces until I sometimes got round. Every bit of spray inshore sent me in to a panic that I was going to crash into that effing post again.
Very enjoyable, quite a few out.
